01 · Agreement
By accessing pdltrading.co.za, registering as a reseller, or commissioning the atelier, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of a company, you warrant authority to bind that company.
02 · Reseller Accounts
Trade prices are reserved for resellers approved after evaluation. We reserve the right to decline, suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Sharing trade prices with end-customers without mark-up is grounds for immediate termination.
03 · Orders & Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR), exclusive of VAT and branding charges unless explicitly stated. Stock availability is indicative only and is confirmed at the moment of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors and to cancel affected orders with full refund.
04 · Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayFast, PayGate, PayPal, SnapScan and EFT against proforma invoice. Goods remain the property of PDL Trading until paid in full. EFT orders are reserved for forty-eight (48) hours pending proof of payment. Card payments are processed instantly by PCI-DSS certified gateways.
05 · Delivery
Standard lead time is 5 to 10 working days for stock items and 2 to 4 weeks for branded or bespoke commissions. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or events beyond our control. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address on the order.
06 · Returns & Refunds
Stock items may be returned, unused and in original packaging, within seven (7) days of delivery for a refund or credit, less courier fees. Branded, embroidered, engraved or bespoke items are non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
07 · Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including imagery, designs, copy and the PDL Trading mark remains our property or that of our licensors. You may upload your own logos and artwork for branding purposes and warrant that you own or are licensed to use them; you indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from such use.
08 · Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profit, goodwill or data.
09 · Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Johannesburg Division.
